Cascades Tissue Group plans to close a second Oregon toilet paper factory in October, laying off another 72 workers.
Cascades Inc. announced in April that it would shutter a plant in Scappoose and close one of two production lines in St. Helens, eliminating 133 jobs altogether. The Canadian company said it was shifting the work to sites that performed better.
